Who should attend?

Process owners, team leaders, supervisors and other individuals in your organization who are asked to complete corrective actions and participate in problem solving meetings.


Prerequisites:

None


On-site delivery options:

8 hours: Best delivered in 2 half-day sessions.

This option allows participants time to work in groups on practical application; the organization may select 3 problems for each class to use. Each team will be required to utilize the tools on their selected issue and present their plan for completion of the problem solving exercise at the end of the workshop.

16 hours: Best delivered in 2 full-day sessions.

This option allows participants time to work in groups on practical application; the organization may select 3 problems for each class to use. Each team will be required to utilize the tools on their selected issue and present their plan for completion of the problem solving exercise at the end of the workshop.


Successful completion:

Upon completion of the workshop and assigned activities, participants will receive a certificate of training.


Your instructor:

Carolyn Macdonald is an IATF certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality System Auditor, RAB Certified Quality System Lead Auditor, and an ISO14001:2004 Trained Lead Auditor, with experience conducting registration audits as well as implementing systems.
