Overview

In this interactive workshop, we will discuss changes in the scheme rules and registrar focus/approach as a result of IATF witness audits. We will also review process auditing using the "turtle diagram" and how to keep your audits focused on effectiveness.

Carolyn Macdonald is an IATF certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality System Auditor, RAB Certified Quality System Lead Auditor, and an ISO14001:2004 Trained Lead Auditor, with experience conducting registration audits as well as implementing systems.
