  • Hear the over-sight activities of this standard and how it differs from QS9000 and other standards.
  • Review the reasons for the newly released certification scheme rules and how they may impact you.
  • Understand the automotive process approach.
  • Define the key processes for your organization.
  • Determine process ownership and discuss methods of measuring for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Use the "turtle" to analyze processes.
  • Understand the requirements of business planning and management reviews.

  • Review the stages and timing milestones of the registration process.
