"On behalf of all the members on the executive team at ASQ Toronto and myself, I want to whole heartedly thank you and congratulate you on an awesome presentation last night. You truly did a wonderful job! From my review of our members' feedback from yesterday, they got "a lot of value" from your presentation topic, found it to be "very entertaining" and overall, had a lot of very positive things to say. Once again, I want to thank you for taking the time out to present at our event and I hope we can have you back again in the future!"

Carolyn Macdonald and Patrick MacNeil established CMAC based on their passion for the fine details that make a big difference in an organization. They are dedicated to helping organizations make complicated processes manageable and to raising quality as a result.

Carolyn Macdonald, President

Carolyn Macdonald is a Certified Quality System Lead Auditor for ISO9001:2008, TS16949:2009 and ISO14001:2004 Standards. She has conducted over 1,000 third-party assessments as well as developed and implemented over 50 systems in various industries.

Over the past 10 years, Carolyn has conducted 3rd party audits for organizations such as KPMG, BSI, DQS and TUV. Today, Carolyn conducts 3rd party audits exclusively with ICS/KIWA.

Carolyn’s experience includes manufacturing, chemicals, construction, transportation, distribution, education, equipment manufacturing, printing, retail sales, and public service industries. She has audited organizations in Europe, Mexico, United States and across Canada.

Carolyn's approach is to provide value-added audits. She personally strives to take the stress out of the audit process and works with her clients to help them apply the requirements to their business, not only to achieve registration, but to improve the organization's overall performance.

Carolyn is also a dynamic trainer. She has designed and delivered many workshops including RABQSA Lead Auditor programmes, Automotive Core Tools, Problem Solving, Train the Trainer Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning Workshops. Carolyn will create a specific workshop to meet your needs and deliver it on-site. Her most popular sessions are delivered publically and now online throughout North America.

Patrick MacNeil

Patrick's 25 years of experience includes business development, sales, project management, and process improvement roles within organizations in the retail, commercial, and automotive sectors.

Patrick works to generate an increase in revenue streams by adding to and maintaining existing clients. His passion is for building relationships, determining, and understanding client needs. These skills are further supported by the ability to translate and communicate the voice of the customer throughout the organisation; the secret to the ongoing success of any business.

While sales are his key strength, he has hands-on experience in the Tier I automotive manufacturing industry in engineering and project management positions. He has successfully documented and implemented business/quality systems for a wide range of businesses, including CNC machining, electronics, injection moulding, metal stamping and tooling.
